Where We Ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States, and only where the law allows the products ordered to be shipped. We do not ship internationally.

Age Verification and Adult Signature

You must be 21 or older to order. Every order is age-verified at checkout; orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded.
Shipments containing tobacco or nicotine products require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, and the carrier may check ID. Packages cannot be left at the door.
The person receiving the package must be 21 or older.

PACT Act Compliance

All products ship in accordance with the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and applicable state and local laws. This includes age verification, adult-signature delivery, packages labeled as required by law, and not shipping vapor or nicotine products through the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 7 days at support@virginiavapes.com or 703-221-8273.
If a package is returned to us because an adult signature could not be obtained or the address was incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a reshipment or a refund.
